Dr. Joel Fuhrman encourages us to make large salads (mixture of raw veggies) the main course and not as a small side.

Everyone's is different, but basically: yams w/pineapple/ pecans/hemp seeds, shredded raw beets, roasted cauliflower, jicama, greens w/ tomatoes |
